Hazard Risk Assessment on The Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure in ITK Campus Using JSA Method

Applying Occupational Safety and Health culture is very important for workers, including facilities infrastructure maintenance workers. Facilities activities at Institut Teknologi Kalimantan have varying levels of risk, ranging from low to high. This study aims identify determine the level work then analyze risks hazards each stage how control them. uses several steps, such as determining be explored, describing results preparatory implementation work, identifying by looking severity likelihood accidents occupational diseases occurring in job, providing an overview workplace controls. The analysis show that highest risk value grass cutting using a machine, namely scratches, bruises, cut legs, with 16. controlled replacing blades cutter, protecting engine cover, making implementing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), PPE safety shoes.
